SonderConnect was started in 2015 by Lathika Pai, managing partner, Tekinroads Consulting, along with former president of Time Inc India Sejal Shah Gulati, former Goldman Sachs MD Vaishali Kasture, and Anju Shenoy, VP of human capital at Sequoia Capital.
